$30 - $40 an hour

$22 an hour

Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and respond to patient emails promptly while in accordance with the Women’s Care Values.

Communicate with customer by telephone or e-mail to resolve account delinquency. Review active accounts to determine required collection activity.

$21 - $23 an hour

Obtains federal/state compliance information, consents and documentation required by the patient’s insurance plan(s). 403(b) Pre-tax retirement.

Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
