Some out of area/state travel may be required. Provide both remote and onsite technical support for servers, computers, printers, firewalls & other equipment.

Valid North Carolina driver's license. Associate's degree in technical field or equivalent training and/or experience.

While working remotely you will be required to answer incoming phone calls, dispatch work, update tickets, etc. We also pay for the training materials.
