Lending Officer Salaries in South Carolina

Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s), or the ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.

Work with various corporate departments to provide best-in-class service to all of CMG’s customers for both purchase and refinance transactions.

Provides on-going training for the real estate agents (lunch and learns). Currently possess sources of referral business for purchase transactions.

Current, valid NMLS license or appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing. Must have applicable state licensing.

Make outbound calls to CMG customers to understand their current needs and transfer them to a licensed Loan Officer for a follow-up discussion.
