Receive, review, and process all incoming correspondence related to billing, insurance claims, denials, appeals, and patient inquiries.

Backup Receptionist as needed by: Checking in patients, collecting payments, answering phones, scheduling intakes, and data entry.

Knowledge of patient billing practices, medical terminology, patient registration, and federal, state and third-party billing regulations preferred.

Good working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations pertaining to hospital billing and/or collections. Schedule: Full Time, Days, M-F Day Shift.
