Your primary responsibility is handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to billing, payments, medical claims, benefits, and coverage.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.

$30,000 - $50,000 a year

Coordinate and schedule all warrantable repairs with contractors and homeowners. Hold contractors accountable for results. 401k and discretionary 8% match.

Ability to handle over 100 calls per day. Experience: 1- 2 years’ experience in Call center/Collections operations in a Healthcare field.

$15 an hour

Strong typing and phone skills. Brand-new hospital coming soon with 10 exam rooms, expanded surgery and dental suites. No after-hours or on-call shifts.
