Guest Service Agent Salaries in Utah

A Front Desk Associate is someone who pays attention to details and provides above & beyond guest services to our hotel guests. Check-in’s and Check-Out’s.

The Front Desk Agent will operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and other needs during registration, stay, and checkout.

$15 - $17 an hour

Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes, if not available in guest rooms. Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.

Keep the front desk and lobby communicating with housekeeping and maintenance so rooms are ready when guests are. High school diploma or equivalent.

Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required, working well with other departments. Attend to all guest needs and questions.

$14.75 - $16.00 an hour

This is a great entry-level position-no experience required-with a strong emphasis on on-call availability to support our front desk operations as needed.
