Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), with subspecialty certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology.

Appropriate licensing for state location. AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date. No on call, no holidays, no weekends.
