$500,000 - $559,500 a year

PRPs must be fully licensed physicians (i.e., not a training license) and may only be appointed on an intermittent or fee-basis. Non-sensitive (NS)/Low Risk.

$250,000 - $350,000 a year

Current, unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure. Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology.

Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology through the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Board eligibility or board certification required. The incoming provider will focus mainly on trauma and emergent / acute ear, nose and throat procedures.

Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration. Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required. CME allowance + dedicated CME days.
