Bus & Classroom Monitors Salaries in Texas

Must be able to work outdoors for an extended period of time. Ability to read, write, and speak english. Must be able to pass a background check.

Complete First Aid and CPR certification class. Ability to physically perform a front and back door bus evacuation. Maintain emotional control under stress.

Must be at least 18 years of age; for New York School Bus Assistants, must be at least 19 years of age per state law.

$14.50 an hour

Works with the driver to ensure good relations with parents, school officials and related parties. Knowledge of routes in order to assist a substitute driver.
