Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, or technical field at MT or similar employer. Utilize quality tools in the cell ie SPC, OEE, etc.

In a manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe shoes are required. High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to grasp, hold, place, and safely retrieve stock, parts, and tools while working at a productive pace.
