Patient Accounts Representative Salaries in Kentucky

Respond to inquiries via correspondence, email, and telephone within established timelines (within three business days).

Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy. Process patient payments and maintain accurate account records.

2 to 4 years of accounts receivable and/or office clerical administration experience. Answering phones and patient A/R questions. This is a full time position.

Current RN license in the state in which the employee is working. Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. Current ACLS and BCLS certifications.
