After tap, disconnect TV and stopper leads and signal crane in removing dome from vacuum tank to storage. Uses gas burner to heat molds as required.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Perform preventative maintenance on machines, as required. Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule.

Sharpen own tools as required. Tools and Equipment: Tape Controlled Lathe, Conventional Lathe, Post Mill, Milling Machine, cutting tools, calipers, rules,…

Make adjustments to maintain quality, check work and assist operators with minor difficulties or advise setup man of operating trouble.

Support maintenance and contractors during downtime as needed. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, equipment manuals, and process diagrams.
