Transcribe physician’s telephone and written orders accurately. Provide input for the development of individualized care plans and implement accordingly.

Completes required documentation of special circumstances including accident/incident reports in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Responsible for all physician incoming phone calls regarding school medication forms, adverse reactions, refills, patients in crisis.
