Human Resources Coordinator Salaries in Arkansas

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management or related field is preferred; high school diploma required.

CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). Responsible for tracking absenteeism as assigned.

Serve as a front-line resource for HR department calls and employee questions on payroll, benefits (401k, HSA), and time off.

$21 - $25 an hour

Ability to travel for business requirements; must possess a valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
