Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and cancelled lists. Answering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.

$11 an hour

Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone, contributing to member retention.

Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records. Manage cash drawer – responsible for daily cash handling.

Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns.
