Mastery of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and human-centered design to ensure solutions are intuitive and learner-focused.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Anticipate problems and have confidence in developing solutions while also handling client complaints and/or obstacles that come up.

Must possess a valid state driver’s license, safe driving record and be insurable by the Companies’ liability carrier. Ability to travel up to 30% required.
