This is an entry-level to mid-level role designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the public adjusting field.

Communicate regularly by telephone with clients keeping them updated throughout the claims process and collecting documents to substantiate the claim.

Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. With a 30-hour work week.
