Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state (property specific). Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.

Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.

Candidate must have a valid Driver's license and a driving record in good standing. HVAC refrigerant license or certification a big plus (not required).
