Behavior Technician Salaries in Niles, IL

You will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week.

$19 - $28 an hour

$300 Sign-On Bonus for active state RBT licensure. PTO (and/or Sick time- in compliance with state req) for all employees – Start accruing on DAY 1.

$20 - $28 an hour

Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Paid training + fully covered RBT certification. DoorDash DashPass and Calm app provided.

$17 - $28 an hour

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).

$18 - $25 an hour

We provide hands on training, mentorship, and full support through the RBT certification process. Teach daily living, communication, and social skills.

$18 - $24 an hour

Associate's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field. New Behavioral Health Unit | Day & Night Shifts Available.
