Trains guest room attendants in proper processes and insures that the highest standards of guest room quality are met. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsible for identifying engineering problems during guest room cleaning; preparing work orders and forward to supervisor for assignment.

Assures that all assigned areas are properly cleaned- (shampooed, waxed). Supports GRA’s, housemen and supervisors on all special projects.

Additionally, adaptability and a proactive approach help the associate respond to changing priorities and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

This includes preparing rooms for guests and inspecting vacant clean rooms. Face-to-face / in person: High level of interaction with employees and guests.
