Position Summary: The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

To maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guests rooms in accordance with standards of the hotel. Maintain designated minutes per room.

Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms.
