Communicate regularly by telephone with clients keeping them updated throughout the claims process and collecting documents to substantiate the claim.

Check any parts that come in and route to appropriate location. Fill all backorders for customers, pack and place in location for pick up or to be shipped.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
