Must have current and unrestricted licensure in the state of Idaho or be actively in the application process. Must have current BLS certification.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field, and state regulations covering Physical Therapy.

A current BLS certification is necessary, or applicants must be willing to obtain it within six (6) months of hire. Short and long term disability.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Work cooperatively with medical staff, case managers, social work and adjustors.

Must have an appropriate current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist assistant and maintain current CPR certification.
