Machinist Salaries in Texas

Machinists are expected to set-up, run, and check their own work . We use Fanuc Control lathes with G-code programming. Compensation will depend on experience.

$16 - $21 an hour

May calibrate and use measuring devices to check dimensions to verify that manufacturing tolerances and quality standards are met. High school diploma or GED.

Ability to use a variety of hand tools, machine tools, and precision measuring instruments (i.e. micrometers, veneers, and calipers) as required.
