$30 - $40 an hour

Pay is $22/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $26/hour. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Paid at $26/hour.

$26 an hour

Pay is $21/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $25/hour. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Paid at $25/hour.

$25 an hour

Pay is $20/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $24/hour. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon.

$24 an hour

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be a certified CHHA in the state of California. First time home buyer program assistance.

$25 - $30 an hour

Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred.
