Handle high volume of incoming calls (40-60 calls per day) through inbound ACD for appointment requests, directions and multiple inquiries.

$22 - $23 an hour

Answer telephone line, take messages or providing information as appropriate. Ensure that any incoming correspondence is organized into the proper case file.

$16 - $17 an hour

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls for the nursing department. Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required based on experience.
