$22 - $27 an hour

Must have valid driver’s license; valid car insurance; and have reliable transportation. BLS certification or willing to obtain certification.

$25 - $30 an hour

Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck. Fully paid training — no experience required.

High School diploma required, preferably with a bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, education, social work, or related field.

Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring and developing functional skills, communication abilities, and appropriate social behaviors.

Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation. Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team. Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services.
