Swim Instructor Salaries in San Diego, CA

Current CPR/First Aid certification (Water Safety Instructor certification a plus). Steady stream of clients — no need to find your own students.

Ensure appropriate preparation for each class session, including preparation of rosters & all teaching materials. Attend staff meetings as assigned.

$20 an hour

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Set your own hours - Full-time, part-time, weekends only - you decide. Type: Contract, Part-time, Full-time.

$45 - $64 an hour

As a swim instructor you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim skills to students using our curriculum.

$17.25 - $24.00 an hour

Experience as a certified lifeguard, swimming instructor, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider is a plus, but not required.

$20.50 an hour

Would work well with a set schedule. We provide paid training on site and ongoing education opportunities. We will provide a set and predictable schedule.
