Customer Representative Salaries in Wisconsin

Duties within this role will include taking inbound calls in queue, assisting with online quote requests, and chat.

Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding HIPAA and release of information. Knowledge of financial counseling and insurance billing preferred.

Assist with overflow calls including (but not limited to) disputes, recovery, first pay, and bankruptcy calls. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
