Experience: 3-5+ yrs in the IT field required, MSP experience a plus. Field of Study: Engineering or related field. Ability and desire to be part of a team.

2-4 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or a related field, with a strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.

Associates Degree in Network Services, Information Technology, Systems Administration,or other technical discipline and 2 - 4 years of applicable experience.

Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues, driving root cause analysis, long-term solutions, and operational improvements.
