YSL and/or WSI certification (obtain upon hire). Current Blood borne Pathogens certification (obtain upon hire). CPR/AED and First Aid (obtain upon hire).

YMCA Swim Instructor certification, or equivalent within 6 months. Must be able to demonstrate swim instructor skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
