Provide courteous service and assistance to colleagues and occasionally guests. Previous stewarding or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Frequently works in extreme heat (non-weather), in areas with moving mechanical parts and with toxic or caustic chemicals. No prior experience or training.

The Steward maintains a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Engages in ware washing and cleaning of kitchen areas to help facilitate restaurant service.

Inspects kitchen and dish room areas to ensure adequate staffing and productivity of the kitchen maintenance personnel.
