Senior Resident Assistant Salaries in Washington State

As a Caregiver Care Partner Resident Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live with purpose each day. At least 18 years of age.

$19 - $23 an hour

Must successfully complete all required state training and continuing education requirements. HCA or CNA certification preferred. 401k 50% match up to 3%.

$19.50 - $21.80 an hour

Active Washington State CNA or HCA license (required). Providing medication assistance according to delegation and state regulations.

$21 - $25 an hour

Willing to learn and receive education OR has an active CNA or HCA license. Assisting residents with walking to and from meals and activities.

$21.50 - $23.00 an hour

Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain.

$26 an hour

Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
