Valid driver’s license required. Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems is a plus. Lead and develop training programs for operational staff.

Maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)).

$22.50 - $31.00 an hour

License, Certificate, or Registration: Valid driver’s license required, Class A CDL preferred; Seed treatment and handlers license or the ability to obtain.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, or plant operations. Oversee day-to-day manufacturing, warehousing and shipping operations.

Are comfortable driving a truck and trailer (or willing to be trained). Tuition-free college programs (associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degrees).
