The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports.

Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.

Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state and hospital regulations, laws and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
