Customer Service Representative Salaries in White Hall, AR

Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls.

Execute a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to follow up on consumer samples and other leads generated by specific campaigns.

Answer telephones in a courteous manner, routes calls, take messages, answers routine inquiries, and provides general information, greets, and directs visitors.

$18.90 - $26.65 an hour

Receives and processes incoming calls or messages from customers. Must possess excellent telephone skills, including a professional speaking voice.
