Restaurant Staff Salaries in Pennsylvania

Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations while practicing proper phone etiquette.

$25 - $35 an hour

1 year of experience with cash register and any ordering information system. Deliver checks and collect payments. Take and serve food/drinks orders.

Must be at least 18 years of age at the age of hire unless otherwise required by state law. Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash.

Maintains reservation book, takes incoming telephone calls, notes reservations and special requests by guests. Must complete Alcohol Awareness Training.

Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions. Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions. A knowledge of the menu.

Must be able to frequently communicate and develop rapport with guests and associates and have a working relationship with the resort management team.
