High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field. Providing quality customer service and support.

$15 - $18 an hour

Previous customer service experience preferred. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

$40,000 - $50,000 a year

Maintains customer records by updating account information. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. Must be attentive to detail.

Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies. Execute, plan and implement office processes.

$19 an hour
