Automation QA Key Skill /Skill Specialization - Automation testing & Katalon, Mandatory Skills- SQL Testing, Desired- Automation Testing experience good to have Job Description • Software testing experience • Strong Manual QA, Database QA & communication skills • Good in overall analytical skills and problem solving skills • Working experience in Database / Integrated database environment • Experience in working on scrum methodology • Experience working on tools like JIRA, QC, Services (REST APIs) will be added advantage Key Skill /Skill Specialization: Selenium with Java Mandatory Skills: Script creation enhancing the script batch execution OOPS concepts Selenium with Java Desired Skills : Katalon Knowledge/ experience good to have • Strong Communication skills • Overall understanding of QA processes • Well versed with Java and Selenium with advanced concept like testNG Maven • Understanding of Automation Frameworks • Good hands-on for Web drivers and locators xpath css • Experience on any Codeless automation tools like Katalon Testcraft TOSCA CloudQA etc Job Description • Must have – Experience in Automation testing This role requirement would need the identified candidate to work in both the areas as per project needs • Higher weight-age to experience in Automation testing codeless automation tools • Experience working in web based application using Selenium Java programming language • Skilled in tools like TestNG for execution usage of Selenium WebDriver Framework for Automation o Eclipse Github Jenkins – tools knowledge mandatory • Strong experience in understanding architecture of the web application and deeply involved in project planning for coming up with test architecture for automation needs • Experienced in working with collaborative bigger project teams in both Agile and Waterfall models • Preferred/Added advantage – Experience in any of the codeless automation tools like Katalon Testcraft TOSCA CloudQA Experience in HP UFT automation tool Hands on experience in VBScript programming Healthcare domain experience L4 – L7 (Tech Lead Architect Principal) Proven experience architecting and delivering systems using agentic IDEs Ability to: • Define architectural intent that agents can follow • Break features into agent executable tasks • Govern AI autonomy (guardrails, permissions, reviews) • Integrate agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines Experience supervising AI agents across: • Multi service systems • Legacy modernization • Large codebases / monorepos Strong understanding of: • Security implications of autonomous code execution • Compliance, auditability, and traceability • AI assisted SDLC operating models Core Responsibility: • Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes • Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code • Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development • Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows • Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents • Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt
