We deliver tailored strategies, exceptional client service, and innovative approaches across digital marketing, design, web development, video, social media, and more.
We’re not just building websites. We’re creating digital experiences that perform well, function smoothly, and help veterinary practices connect with the pet owners who need them.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a web developer who can bring strong technical skills, sharp problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset to our growing team. This role is for someone who understands that great websites need more than clean code. They need speed, reliability, strong user experience, responsive layouts, and thoughtful functionality that supports real business goals.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in WordPress, understands front-end and back-end development fundamentals, and enjoys finding smart solutions that make websites better for clients and easier for internal teams to manage. If you like building efficient systems, improving workflows, troubleshooting technical challenges, and staying curious about new development tools, you’ll fit right in here.
Your resume MUST include links to live website projects or relevant development work, or you will be immediately disqualified.
Our ideal candidate has:
A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
Familiarity with WordPress visual builders such as Beaver Builder, Divi, Elementor, or similar platforms.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot website issues efficiently.
A curious approach to new tools, technologies, APIs, automation, and workflow improvements.
The ability to collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and digital marketing team members to bring website projects to life.
Responsibilities
Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites using clean, efficient code and a variety of visual builders.
Develop responsive, user-friendly websites that support strong performance, accessibility, SEO, and conversion goals.
Collaborate with Project Management, Design, Copywriting, Development, and Digital Marketing teams to turn creative concepts and client goals into functional website experiences.
Troubleshoot technical issues across WordPress sites, plugins, themes, builders, forms, integrations, and hosting environments.
Customize website functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress best practices.
Support website launches, migrations, updates, QA testing, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
Work with APIs, integrations, and automation tools when needed to improve website functionality and internal workflows.
Explore emerging development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, MCP-related tools, and other technologies that may help improve efficiency or expand capabilities.
Contribute ideas that improve development processes, website performance, client experience, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of web development experience, preferably with WordPress websites.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
Familiarity with at least one WordPress visual builder, such as Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi, or a similar platform.
Ability to troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, responsive layout problems, form errors, and other common development challenges.
Understanding of website performance, mobile responsiveness, browser compatibility, accessibility basics, and SEO-friendly development practices.
Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, automation, or MCP-related workflows is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership of assigned work.
Curiosity about development technology, including AI-assisted tools, and the drive to apply new ideas in practical ways.
