About us

Thank you for your interest in CoreMedical Group! We are always looking for high energy, motivated and career-oriented professionals to join our corporate team in Manchester, NH.

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Support Specialist. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Administrative Support Specialist ensures all daily tasks are completed in a timely manner and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
Dedication to excellent service delivery and customers service
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

2-3 years experience in an administrative position, or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office procedures and basic office principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Administrative experience required .
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
