Develop as a Leader. Build a Long-Term Career.
Specter Roofing & Construction is hiring motivated individuals for our Project Manager in Training position.
This is a field-based business development and construction career opportunity for individuals who want to earn based on performance, learn how projects are developed and managed, and advance into leadership.
New contractors train directly alongside experienced Project Managers while developing their own customer relationships and project opportunities. Our goal is to help committed individuals begin generating income within their first month and develop the knowledge and confidence to operate independently within approximately three months.
Long term, Specter’s Leadership Track is designed to prepare qualified individuals to lead teams, manage company operations, and eventually operate a future Specter location with established systems and company support.

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped, performance-based compensation.
While training, Project Managers in Training earn 20% of the raw net profit from each self-generated project. Specter does not deduct company overhead from the project profit before calculating this commission.
Typical compensation examples include:
- A project with $5,000 in net profit pays approximately $1,000.
- A project with $7,500 in net profit pays approximately $1,500.

- A project with $12,500 in net profit pays approximately $2,500.

A typical completed project may produce approximately $1,000 to $3,000 or more in contractor compensation, depending on its size and profitability.
