World Premier Title & Escrow is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Bilingual Escrow Officer to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with extensive Florida title and escrow experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage residential and commercial transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and communication.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has hands-on experience using Qualia, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, Realtors®, lenders, attorneys, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from title clearance through funding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, Realtors®, lenders, attorneys, and vendors throughout each transaction.
- Prepare, review, and balance Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA Settlement Statements, settlement figures, and closing packages.
- Coordinate and conduct signings in both English and Spanish.
- Clearly explain closing documents and answer client questions with professionalism and confidence.
- Review title commitments, lender instructions, payoffs, HOA/Condominium estoppels, surveys, municipal lien searches, and title requirements.
- Verify that all lender and title conditions have been satisfied prior to funding.
- Balance files and ensure accuracy before disbursement.
- Maintain complete and organized electronic files using Qualia.
- Ensure compliance with ALTA Best Practices, lender guidelines, Florida regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with processors, post-closing staff, and management to ensure smooth, timely transactions.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 3 years of Florida title and escrow experience.
- Hands-on Qualia experience is required. Applicants without Qualia experience will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of Florida title and escrow procedures.
- Experience with title insurance, lender requirements, and title clearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple files while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
- Florida Title Agent License.
- Florida Notary Public.
- Experience with residential purchases, refinances, cash transactions, and commercial real estate transactions.
- Knowledge of ALTA Best Practices and lender compliance requirements.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and processing title documents related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth closings by conducting thorough title searches, reviewing legal descriptions, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive title searches using public records, title records, and mapping software to verify ownership and identify any encumbrances such as easements or liens.
- Review legal descriptions and ensure accuracy in property documentation for real estate transactions.
- Manage title processing tasks, including preparing and reviewing title commitments, policies, and reports in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
- Utilize real estate transaction management software and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to organize data and generate maps for property analysis.
- Research and analyze public records to uncover relevant information about property history, previous ownership, and existing encumbrances.
- Collaborate with law offices, underwriters, and clients to facilitate clear communication regarding title status and documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to real estate law, easements, rights-of-way, and other relevant regulations during the title review process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in title processing, real estate documentation review, or law office experience related to real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, legal descriptions, easements, rights-of-way, and title search procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) as well as specialized tools such as real estate transaction management software, GIS systems, mapping software, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze public records and title history thoroughly.
- Ability to adhere strictly to underwriting guidelines and legal standards during the title review process.
- Exceptional client communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach to support internal teams and external clients effectively.
