Full Job Description

As a Student Placement Manager, you will lead a team including a Student Onsite Liaison and a Workflow Specialist. You will oversee daily student interview and offer tracking, job sourcing and scraping, ATS company and job management, and Telecom job cleanups, while ensuring team compliance and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Core Responsibilities

Team and Workflow Oversight

Supervise the Student Onsite Liaison and Workflow Specialist.
Oversee daily updates for student job applications, interviews, and offers, including information verification.
Ensure the team notifies students who have missing information in their daily updates.
Announce completed student interviews and offers to the program.

Job Sourcing and Scraping

Oversee job sourcing and provide direct links to jobs for all students.
Direct the team to scrape jobs in target locations when requested by students or staff.
Clean up the UNIFY.ATS system by canceling any jobs that are not related to the Telecom industry.

ATS and Credential Management

Oversee the creation of new employer and hiring manager credentials.
Manage the creation of new company profiles and complete missing data for new companies in the ATS.
Oversee the creation of new jobs and ensure they are correctly assigned to students.
Track and update student job statuses, including interviewing, offers, and getting hired.

Compliance and Reporting

Monitor team compliance with internal data accuracy and process standards.
Track, analyze, and report on team KPIs and student placement metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in placement coordination, recruiting, workforce development, student services, or operational leadership.
Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and process management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and operational tracking/reporting tools.
Ability to lead with urgency, maintain high operational accuracy, and manage employer and student relationships professionally.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
