OPEN POSITIONS
1. Real Estate Sales Agent (English & Spanish Bilingual Preferred)
Compensation: Commission Only | Uncapped Earning Potential
We are hiring multiple sales agents including dedicated Spanish-speaking representatives to serve our growing Latin American buyer and investor clientele.
What you'll do:
- Generate and convert leads for residential and investment properties across South Florida
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in transactions from contract to close
- Work waterfront, luxury, and off-market deals alongside experienced senior agents
- Use AI tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline, automate follow-ups, and maximize productivity
- Show up consistently this is a performance culture, not a clock-in culture
You are the right fit if you:
- Hold an active Florida real estate license (or are actively pursuing one)
- Are fluent in Spanish (strongly preferred bilingual candidates move to the top of the list)
- Have a hunter mentality you don't wait for leads, you create them
- Are coachable, tech-forward, and willing to learn AI tools that 10x your output
- Can thrive in a commission-only environment and treat your business like a business
- Are based in or willing to work the South Florida market daily
Preffered:
- Experience in luxury, waterfront, or investor-facing transactions
- An existing book of business or investor network
- Familiarity with off-market deal sourcing or direct-to-seller outreach
2. Social Media Creative Director / Videographer / Drone Operator
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commision Bonus
We need one powerhouse creative who can do it all shoot, edit, post, and make our brand impossible to ignore across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond.
What you'll do:
- Produce short-form and long-form video content for property listings, brand storytelling, and agent profiles
- Shoot and edit drone footage for luxury and waterfront property showcases
- Manage our social media calendar and execute consistent, on-brand content
- Design graphics, reels, and marketing assets for listings and campaigns
- Collaborate with agents and leadership to tell stories that sell not just post
Requirements:
- FAA Part 107 Drone Certification (required no exceptions)
- Proven videography and editing portfolio (real estate or luxury lifestyle content preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software
- Strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, and luxury brand presentation
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trending formats, and content strategy
- Ability to work on-location for property shoots across Miami-Dade and Broward County
Preffered: Experience with AI-assisted editing, motion graphics, or virtual staging tools
