Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ETL Informatica Developer to join our innovative data team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions that empower our organization with actionable insights. Your expertise will drive the creation of scalable ETL pipelines and data models, ensuring seamless data flow across cloud and on-premises environments. Duties

Develop, test, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to facilitate efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across diverse data sources.
Design and implement scalable data models and warehousing solutions utilizing dimensional modeling principles to support analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Integrate data from multiple platforms including AWS cloud services, Azure Data Lake, Hadoop ecosystems, and SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Build and maintain automated pipelines leveraging scripting languages like Python, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting, and Talend for continuous data flow management.
Utilize big data technologies such as Apache Hive, Spark, Hadoop, and looker for advanced analytics and visualization purposes.
Ensure data security, quality, and compliance by implementing best practices in data management integration and query management strategies within Agile development cycles.

Skills

Proven experience developing ETL pipelines with Informatica PowerCenter in complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and cloud-based databases like Azure Data Lake or cloud SQL services.
Hands-on expertise with big data tools such as Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS, Hive), Spark, and Looker for analytics visualization.
Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure for deploying scalable data solutions.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting to automate workflows and enhance pipeline efficiency.
Understanding of data warehousing design principles including dimensional modeling, star schema development, and query optimization techniques.
Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements on ETL processes while managing project timelines effectively.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs for integrating external systems or services into existing workflows.
Strong analysis skills to troubleshoot issues promptly and optimize performance across various platforms.
