Working under the supervision of the program director of the Photography Program, the adjunct College Laboratory Techniciansupports both instructional and technical operations of studio, darkroom, and digital imaging facilities. The role bridges teaching support and lab management, working closely with faculty and students.
+ Maintain photography facilities (darkrooms, studios, digital labs);

Under the directions from the Financial Aid Manager, the Financial Aid Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and implementing financial aid regulations and policies; creating and developing financial aid databases, reports, and running queries. The Division of Adult and Continuing Education at LaGuardia Community College invites applications for the position of Workforce Specialist, Financial Aid Liaison. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Pell Implementation Initiatives and working closely with the Director of Enrollment Management, the selected candidate will support the implementation of financial aid policies for workforce programs. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of financial aid policies related to Workforce Programs.

These functions include legal assessment and signing of agreements where RFCUNY is named as a fiscal agent; setting up award accounts; preparing sub-awards and assisting PIs in monitoring the work of the recipients of sub-awards; supporting project directors with hiring and managing research project and sponsored program staff; supporting the purchasing and paying for goods and services with grant and program funds; managing financial aspects of projects including accounts receivable, financial reporting, invoicing, budget monitoring, and cost compliance with uniform guidance; ensuring that sponsor financial requirements are met; monitoring compliance with applicable project and financial management rules and laws; supporting the management of independent and external audits and financial reviews; and providing data, information, management expertise, and other supports to CUNY’s research and sponsored programs.
