We're looking for an energetic, organized, and service-minded Office Manager who enjoys helping people, keeping operations running smoothly, and creating a welcoming workplace where employees can do their best work. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable and naturally brings positive energy to the workplace. If you're someone who notices the little things, takes initiative without being asked, and enjoys wearing many hats, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our office—ensuring our workplace operates efficiently every day.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily office operations and administrative functions.
Ordering, organizing, and maintaining office supplies and field supplies to keep employees equipped for success.
Coordinating office lunches, employee celebrations, meetings, and supporting special events.
Be the go-to contact for visitors and creating a welcoming, professional first impression.
Supporting multiple departments with administrative projects and day-to-day needs.
Coordinating shipping, mail, deliveries, and office/facility vendor relationships.
Running occasional business-related errands using a company or personal vehicle as needed.
Identifying opportunities to improve office organization, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of office administration, office management, executive support, or similar experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to lift and move office supplies and packages as needed.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to run business-related errands.
