ROR Nation in Houston, TX is looking for one web developer/programmer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer/Programmer to join our USA-based team. As a Web Developer/Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's websites and web applications. The ideal candidate is proficient in front-end and back-end development, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and stays updated with the latest web technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional websites and applications.
Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs to ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Perform testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements and innovative features.
Conduct website performance optimization and implement SEO best practices.
Ensure website security and data protection measures are in place.
Perform website updates and maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Developer/Programmer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
Familiarity with databases and SQL, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of web security best practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
