About the Role
The Client Success Associate is an on-the-ground, field-facing role that sits between our sales and marketing teams. You'll be the face of Blazy Susan in your region, visiting local smoke shops, dispensaries, convenience stores and smoke shops; supporting events, and building real relationships that drive awareness and growth.
This is a great fit for someone who's personable, organized, and enjoys being out and about rather than sitting at a desk all day.

Must live in and have a good understanding of these metro areas.
What You'll Do
- Visit approximately 40 local stores or partners per week to build, maintain and strengthen relationships
- Represent Blazy Susan at pop-ups, events, and community activations
- Support current clients to make sure they have what they need and feel taken care of
- Identify and pass along new business leads to the Blazy Susan sales team
- Take clear, organized notes after each visit and log activity in HubSpot and/or ClickUp
- Help build brand presence and trust in your local community
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable talking with new people every day. You enjoy it, not just tolerate it
- Highly organized with strong note-taking habits
- Positive, self-motivated attitude and a reliable work ethic
- Comfortable using or learning HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within your region
Experience is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about your attitude and work ethic than your resume. Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Pay
- Pay: $20/hour
- Hours: ~30 hours per week (part-time)
- Schedule: Flexible; generally weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend events
- Type: Part-time, field-based
